Oxfam GB and Muslim Aid have joined hands this coming
Ramadan for the first ever, Sunset Walk, a short stroll with a big heart,
aiming to raise awareness and funds for food security projects across the
world. It’s your chance to take part in the season of Ramadan, making new
friends as you walk and talk. It’s the most sociable, community cohesive and
laidback fundraising you’ll ever do. It all starts on Sunday 14th
September at 5pm. And when the sun goes
down, you’ll share a fabulously tasty meal at the London Central Mosque.

The route
meanders through the beautiful Royal Parks in central London
and you can choose from one of the start points below:

Start 1 - (4 miles) Victoria Embankment Gardens (Embankment Tube
Station)

Start
2 -
(3 miles) Berkeley Square
(Central Mayfair)

Start
3 -
(1 mile) Manchester Square
gardens (Nr. Baker Street Tube Station)

Entry is
£5 and we’re asking each participant to raise £50 in sponsorship. With 1000
people on board we can raise a magnificent £50,000 for Oxfam and Muslim Aid,
which will go towards providing food to poor communities around the world.
